Wag On Home, Inc. ("Wag On Home," "we," "us," or "our") operates wag-on-home.com and the Best Chance Studio™ platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account registration information (name, email address, organization name)
• Dog profile information uploaded through Best Chance Studio™ (photos, videos, descriptions)
• Feedback and session data from coaching interactions
• Communications you send to us

We also collect limited usage data automatically, including session analytics and feature usage to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services
• Generate AI-assisted dog presentation content on your behalf
• Send transactional communications related to your account
• Analyze usage patterns to improve coaching effectiveness
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Google Services and YouTube

Best Chance Studio™ uses the YouTube Data API to publish adoption videos to the Wag On Home YouTube channel. All YouTube API calls are made by our servers using Wag On Home's own credentials — you do not need a Google or YouTube account to use this feature. Videos are published as unlisted and accessible only via the link we provide.

• We use the YouTube Data API solely to upload videos to the Wag On Home YouTube channel
• We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google services
• Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy
• Videos uploaded to YouTube remain subject to YouTube's Terms of Service

4. Data Sharing

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party providers (including Cloudflare, Railway, and Netlify) to operate our infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements.
• Rescue syndication: Dog profile information you publish through our platform may be shared with adoption listing services (such as RescueGroups.org, Petfinder, and Adopt-a-Pet) as directed by you.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. SMS & Text Messaging

Wag On Home sends SMS text messages for transport scheduling notifications, driver updates, and task assignments. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications (via checkbox during transport booking or task creation), you consent to receive these messages.

• No mobile sharing: No mobile information collected through our SMS notification program will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in consent is collected directly by Wag On Home and is never transferred to lead generators or data brokers.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on transport scheduling activity. You will only receive messages when a transport coordinator sends you a notification for a specific run, status update, or task assignment. Messages are one-time transactional alerts, not recurring marketing messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Media files (photos and videos) uploaded through Best Chance Studio™ are retained for 30 days after processing and then deleted from our servers. Uploaded media is not deleted from YouTube or other platforms you have published to.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@wag-on-home.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to your registered address.
